as a woman I felt discriminated for me didn’t have a take away coffee but for my boyfriend have it. for me didn’t have pasta for order service in room but for my boyfriend have it. I tried to contact the hotel few times before through mensagem in booking and NO REPLY. the Laundry in the hotel messed up with our original jersey and no payment it was received. only one woman staffs could help us to order a Uber, the Travel Desk is not helpful.

Property is old, hence it needs better maintenance. Pool was very dirty. Rooms need an upgrade. AC doesn't work properly. Bed can be more comfy

The location and the size of the rooms were great. The hotel is placed in a prime location of the city. The service is quite nice and the food is great as well. Also, the hotel is environmentally conscious

The furnishings in the room were old. The fittings in the bathroom, including the bathtub weren't great and had stains from repeated use. The kitchen is also not available 24*7. Also, for the first time at any hotel, we were informed that losing the electronic key card could cost us 300 rupees. That seemed a bit incredulous.

good sized room

hot water for bathroom was not available. even after complaint and so called repair it never started. as i had checked in late at night i had no time to again inform and get it repaired at 10-11 pm or in the morning 5 am because of late chk out. so had to take bath in cold water. bathrooms needs overhaul. wi-fi was low speed and cutting off intermittently

Location is good! Room was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was accommodating and gracious and corrected problems with the room graciously and efficiently. Food was good and dining room staff were helpful.

Rooms on the 7th floor have a mildew problem on the walls and the ceilings. The smell in the first room shown was unbearable. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low. Little children were running around the buffet table during our dinner, completely uncontrolled by their parents. Thanks to the waiter who told them to behave!

only STAFF in breakfast area was friendly.

Email sent to property for all the hardship and dirty room provided, but there is no response. It is no way near the standard of 5 star rating. Please do not recommend this property to anybody, since no way near vale for money and standard. I have vacated the property in ONE day in spite of payment of three days. Entire committed amount was recovered 3 days in advance before the arrival.

The swimmingpool

The air smelt very moist and yeasty. On the walls very many spots, signs of bad ventilation. There is a nice garden, a place to sit in it would be great

1) Towels were from 2016 worn and not white 2) Bakery in lobby they sell apple pies at Rs 65 x2 ( it is only sitting place where there is a cover charge even for house guests ) after 20 minutes waiting for service a chef dressed in filthy clothes appeared from kitchen ... when we asked for 2 pies to take away to room ... they told us to call 400 from room and they will deliver fresh pies .. 30 minutes later room service the two pies were brought with but bill was Rs 600 for 2 pies ... on complaining they took 30 minutes , said those delivered were bigger ( despite identical size and look ) and then after much argument and condescendingly they billed it at Rs 65x2 3) at lunch after check I’m we went to Panorama their main restaurant... very poor quality of food good only 2/10 .. not worth it ... and for deserts we ordered they served something else but insisted it’s the same cake we ordered .. again after much debate they agreed its wrong took it away untouched ( because it looked different) and offered to get the right desert which was not served even 20 minutes later ... we cancelled it and left in disgust 4) dinner again was a disaster... the banarsi dum aloo served was with sweet curry ( never done) despite asking for it to be served spicy ... on complaining they again tried justifying it that it’s taste was right .. refused to replace or cancel the dish ... the desert rossogullas we served hot warm instead of cold as they traditionally are served across india ... left unhappily and paid the bill in full 5) breakfast the next morning was told by their staff closes at 10.30 am but when we went at just past 10 am they were clearing breakfast buffet counters but luckily left some for us to have something .. the live counter chef had left and the service staff cooked the omelettes we ordered ... obviously disgusting ...

Loud noise in the middle of the night because they were renovating the upper floor. when called the front desk they lied saying there is no work going on . had to visit the upper floor to confront with the workers to stop the work .

The staff is very friendly in general. The rooms have a decent size and the restaurant is not bad.

The rooms were alright but some of the facilities mentioned were not provided. On TV they charged extra for all the international channels. The room cleaning was restricted to changing bedsheets and towels but the white towels are already yellowish. They had not noted down that they had already charged me for the room and would have made me pay twice. The reception staff is not able to take any decisions by themselves and you need to catch senior managers if you really want answers. In most rooms the safe doesn't work. 2 of the 3 restaurants were under rennovation during the main tourist season.

Very poor value for money. At INR 5000 per stay, doesn’t include breakfast. Staff is untrained and can’t speak English. Check in and check out is very painful. Food served in Restaurant is of unacceptable quality pop
